For SEO, social media marketing, advertising, and digital marketing services:

• • Fees already paid for completed work are non-refundable.

• • No guarantees are made regarding specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.

• • Refunds will not be issued based on marketing performance expectations.

Graphic Design Services

For logo design, brochures, banners, social media creatives, business cards, and other graphic design services:

• • Refund requests will not be accepted after final files have been delivered.
